ඉතාලියේ ඉපදුන දරුවෙකුගේ යම් හේතූන් මත වලංගු වීසා කාළය අවසන්වි නැවත ෆැමීලියාර් visa ඉල්ලුම් කිරීමේදී මිට පෙර ඔහුගේ උප්පැන්න සහතිකය ඉතාලි එම්බසියෙන් සහතික කරගැනීමට අවශ්‍යතාවක් ඇතිවූයේ නැ. COMUNE ලබාගන්නා Estratto di nascita සහතික ප්‍රමාණවත් වූවා.
නමුත් නව නීති සංශෝදනයෙන් Estratto di nascita සහතිකයට අමතරව ලංකාවෙන් උප්පැන්න සහතිකය ලබාගෙන එය Ministry of Foreign සහතිකර ලංකාවේ පිහිට් ඉතාලි එම්බසියෙන් සහතික කලයුතුයි. (forsiter ආයතනය හරහා)
මීට අමතරව අවුරුදු 18 ට අඩු දරුවන් සදහා ෆැමිලියාර් අයදුම් කිරීමේදී දෙමව්පියන්ගේ විවාහ සහතික ලීගලයිස් කිරීමට අවශය නොවන බවද සදහන් කර තිබෙනවා. මේ කරුන නම් බොහෝ දෙනෙකුට ලොකු අස්වැසිල්ලක් වන බව නොඅනුමානය.
කෙසේ වෙතත් ඔබ මේ ගැන නිතරම අප්ඩේට් වෙන්න. මේ ෆෝම් එකත් එකවරම වෙනස් වෙන්න පුලුවන්.එවැනි දෙයක් වුවහොත් හදිසියේ විවාහ සහතිකයක් ලීගලයිස් කර ගැනීකමක් කරගන්නත් බෑ.ඩොකුයුමන්ට් අඩුපාඩු තිබෙන බව සදහන් කර වීසා රිජෙක්ට් වීමක් කරන්නත් පුලුවන්. මුදල ගැටලුවක් නැති නම් දෙමව්පියන්ගේ විවාහ සහතිකයත් ලීගලයිස් කරලා ස්ටෑන්ඩ්බයි තියාගන්න.
SONS/DAUGHTERS CATEGORY ONLY:
- Birth certificate of the applicant, original (+ 1 copy), duly legalized by the Consular Section of the Embassy of Italy in Colombo.
- For those who are born in Italy, Italian Birth Certificate with full name of parents (original + 1 copy) +Birth Certificate issued by relevant Authority in Sri Lanka duly legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the Consular Section of the Embassy of Italy in Colombo.
- For minors below 18 years of age, formal consent to expatriate from the other parent or court decree of guardianship, in original, duly translated in English and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If the other parent is residing abroad formal letter of consent to expatriate needs to be duly certified by relevant Authorities. If both parents are living abroad, in addition to the formal letter of consent to expatriate, parents need to
formally authorize the guardian to accompany the minor when submitting documents for visa application/notifications/collection. - Copy of documents of the other parent, residence permit if abroad, their address and contact telephone numbers, need to be attached. Copy of documents of guardian/s need to be attached together with their address and contact telephone numbers.
